5. Firecracker Sauce
First up is our DWC Firecracker sauce. With brown sugar, imported chili peppers, and garlic (of course!), this sauce is a unique blend of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors. Last but certainly not least, the spiciest sauce at Detroit Wing Company is our DWC Calypso Heat. A new take on a classic sweet heat, DWC Calypso Heat is a blend of tropical fruit juices with the heat of fresh habanero peppers. This is a sauce we recommend a class of ice-cold milk with, for sure, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t enjoyable. The spice of DWC Calypso Heat doesn’t cover the hints of sweet tropical fruit juices with each bite, but don’t worry, you’ll definitely be feeling the heat.
